echo shadow form + deadly paradox + dark escape + heart of shadow....... pretty much a standard sin runner.

You could try bringing death's retreat or return. They work nicely since you're running around with 7 other people.

Or you could just hand them your ass on a platter? Unless your really willing to fork out the 1k entrance fee then you'll be running with upto 7 others. From experience alot of people who do FoW chest runs are morons with either no knowledge of the agro radius or no courtesy. Lowering your health to 50 max aswell as been easy prey for the AoE hits from E-Surge and Deep Freeze, SS and MoP and the old faithfu, Wurm Seige is like asking to be killed.

At a wild guess you could try A/D. Pious Haste with Vital Boon for healing if timed well

When your last Shadow Form ends and your stood there with an enchantment... your EXTREMELY likely to be blasted by a Shatter Enchantments. I also think it would only actually work if the damage you took wasn't enough to kill you. That and again, the AoE hits from Surge, Inferno, Pheonix, etc would all activate it early.

Also you'd be nothing more than fragbait in the spider cave. I still say your best bet is Vital Boon/Pious Haste or Signet of Pious Light, there wouldn't be any time to shatter it if used well.
